  • Update information in real-time when track changes
  • Show album artwork (when available)

2. User Experience Enhancement

  • Save settings for convenience
  • Cache artwork for fast loading
  • Automatically connect to Discord on startup

Data Sharing with Third Parties

Discord

  • What we share: Track title, artist, album
  • Purpose: Display in Discord Rich Presence
  • Discord's Policy: Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy

Data Storage

Security

  • All data is stored locally on your Mac
  • We do not send data to external servers (except Discord)

  • Disable Rich Presence: Anytime via toggle switch

Data Deletion

  • Uninstalling the app completely removes all local data

Data Retention

  • Discord Tokens: Stored until user clears them in app settings
  • App Settings: Stored until app is deleted
  • Artwork Cache: Automatically cleared when disk space is low
  • Music Information: Not stored, transmitted only in real-time

International Data Transfers

The app only works on macOS and does not transfer data outside your device, except to:

  • Discord (USA) - for Rich Presence display

Your GDPR/CCPA Rights

  • Right to Rectification: You can change app settings at any time
  • Right to Erasure: Deleting the app completely removes all data
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You can disable Rich Presence at any time
  • Right to Data Portability: All data is stored locally on your device
